Eiscafe Dolce Vita in Ostheim vor der Rhoen

Three of us ordered ice cream in the waffle when we sat outside at the tables, we were very unfriendly shooed away that the seats are for customers. Absolutely not to be recommended!

Ice cream is great, but unfortunately the boss thinks he is the emperor. When I asked if I could go to the toilet, he said he was completely locked inside. I thought the customer was king. He said he's the emperor. Sorry even if it is a difficult time going to the toilet is not a crime and I think it belongs to every restaurant, cafe, pub.

Were just there with 6 people to eat ice cream. Each person 2 balls per waffle. When we wanted to sit outside, the waitress shooed us away unfriendly with the comment that we should keep the table free for customers who order sundaes. In the ice cream parlor when choosing, my little daughter was advised of the safe distance very loudly and with an inappropriate tone of voice. It's unbelievable how you deal with customers here, my 70 year old parents and 3 children then switched to a bank on the other side of the street. I've never seen anything like this unfriendly, we'll never eat here again. All of us have lost the ice.

Unfortunately, very rude and rude service. Owner doesn't seem to enjoy your work. Ice cream is OK but not the best. Location is good. Toilets available in the restaurant, but may not be used (presumably because of Corona). Unfortunately I was very disappointed and did not feel that I was a burden as a "guest".
